The gut renovation of this classic Ukrainian Village greystone earned Consortian Construction a City of Chicago Landmark Award for Preservation Excellence – Exterior Rehabilitation (2006). The 8-unit building project focused on keeping vintage elements like high ceilings, crown moldings, tall windows, and hardwood floors while adding modern amenities. The Landmark Award was earned for the meticulous restoration of the exterior copper-clad curved bay on the northeast corner of the building.
