Consortian Construction is serving as general contractor for a flagship-caliber boutique for Vacheron Constantin, one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious watchmakers, located on Chicago’s Gold Coast luxury corridor.
Delivered in partnership with Burdeen’s Jewelry — a multi-generational Chicagoland fine jeweler — the project brings together local and international architects and designers to create a purpose-built space. Every element, from precision millwork and custom metalwork to specialty stone, glass, and lighting, is executed to the exacting standards of a world-class luxury brand.
The project showcases Consortian’s capabilities at the intersection of high-end retail construction, design collaboration, and the complexity of building in a dense urban setting.
